Payment Terms

Net thirty (30) days.
All payments shall be made in U.S. dollars.
All checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to an extra $50 charge.
A 5% fee will be added to all credit card orders/payments. Customers are responsible for any bank charges associated with bank or wire transfers.

Shipping

SETA BioMedicals will ship by default with Federal Express or internationally also with DHL, unless a customer specifically requests a different carrier and provides all relevant account information in advance. Shipping can be "prepaid and added" for returning customers to the invoice. Shipping can also be directly charged to a FEDEX or DHL account provided by the customer.

 

Billing & Payment

SETA does invoicing preferably via e-mail. Please do contact us if you need our banking information.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us. Any returns need to be accompanied by a return materials authorization (RMA). All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking charge unless the product did not perform according to specifications. The potential buyer will pay for the shipping charges to return the item.

 

Product Use

All listed and sold products are for "Research Use Only". If you are planning to use our proprietary Seta or SeTau dyes in one of your products please contact us.
